Order Processing Time
At Participation, we strive to process all orders within 3–4 business days. During periods of high order volume, processing may extend up to 7 business days.
Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

International Shipping
Based in Asia, Participation ships to various international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information will typically become active within 24 hours after dispatch.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Participation is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Participation is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
