  • We strive to process all orders within 3–4 business days. During periods of high order volume, processing may extend up to 7 business days. Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Yes, we ship to various international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.

  • International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Participation is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will typically become active within 24 hours after dispatch.

  • Participation is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • To start a return, please contact us at hello@participationco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For a different color, size, or style, you can email hello@participationco.com after you have received your shipment to request an exchange. All exchanges are dependent on current stock.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@participationco.com.
